Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible returns

  • The item is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals and free gifts are included.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Please check your order on delivery. If the item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos or a short video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return delivery.

Items we cannot accept

  • Opened or used items, unless they arrived faulty or damaged.
  • Personal care items (such as hair dryers and stylers) once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons.
  • Items damaged through misuse, incorrect voltage or unauthorised repairs.

How to return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 496 9660 or email jaydenuae@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We will confirm your return and arrange collection or drop-off.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery fee and the return delivery cost are not refundable.

Warranty

Our products are genuine international versions and are not covered by the official Dyson UAE warranty. Please contact us if you have any questions before you buy.
