Jayden 1-Year Warranty
Every product you buy from Jayden comes with a free 1-Year Jayden Warranty, provided by Jayden.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the delivery date.
- Rechargeable batteries are covered for 6 months.
- We will repair the product through our service partner in Dubai or, if a repair isn't possible, replace it with the same or an equivalent model.
What's not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, cracks, liquid damage or misuse.
- Damage from using the wrong voltage, a faulty plug adapter or non-original chargers.
- Normal wear and consumables such as filters, brush bars, rollers and pads.
- Products opened, repaired or modified by anyone other than Jayden's service partner.
- Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect how the product works.
How to make a claim
- Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 496 9660 or email jaydenuae@gmail.com with your order number and a short video of the issue.
- We'll check the issue and arrange collection within Dubai, or you can drop it off at M28, Al Habtoor Building, Block C, 2B Street, Al Khabaisi, Deira, Dubai.
- Most repairs are completed within 7–14 working days. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Good to know
- Our products are international versions and are not covered by the official manufacturer warranty in the UAE. The Jayden Warranty replaces it.
- The warranty applies to the original buyer with proof of purchase from jaydenone.com.
- This warranty does not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
