Refund policy

14-day returns: You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging with all accessories.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item: Please check your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos or a short video. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover the return delivery.

Items we cannot accept: opened or used items (unless faulty on arrival), personal care items once the seal is broken, and items damaged through misuse, incorrect voltage or unauthorised repairs.

How to return: WhatsApp +971 50 496 9660 or email jaydenuae@gmail.com with your order number. For change-of-mind returns, you send the item back to us or drop it off at M28, Al Habtoor Building, Block C, 2B Street, Al Khabaisi, Deira, Dubai.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the item. For change-of-mind returns, delivery fees are not refundable.
